You can fill out our application and go ahead and have it processed. if approved you can remain on our waiting list for up to 60 days. Once on the waiting list, you can check back on our website as often as you like to see if you find anything that you like and if you fall within the income requirements, you could be eligible. We will also attempt to give early notification on properties to people on our waiting lists when a current tenant has given notification of moving.
